Ritek Mini

My Ritek 512MB USB 2.0 Mini Spin Pen Drive wont let me save information to it, I havent used it yet.?

What can I do to get my USB device to Work

Have you got any data on it that you need to get or is it just a case of its a new memory stick ?

If the latter then just insert the memory stick into your computer then right click on my computer –> manage –> disk management and it should show up in there, then right click and format it.

If not then make sure your USB is working and that you have installed drivers for your onboard ( i am assuming ) usb is working , which can generally be gotten by getting the motherboard drivers ( If this is a PCI USB card then install the drivers for the usb pci card.

If you are trying to use the USB slots at the front of the computer, FORGET those and try one of the USB slots at the back of the computer.
